Claims can occur at any time of day or night.  We are ready to meet all of your “round-the-clock” emergency claims reporting needs through our Granite Claims Solutions Client Care Centre.

Our Canadian-based, bilingual employees are fully trained professionals available to provide 24/7 claims reporting and emergency response expertise.

Granite Claims Solutions will identify a simple process for your close of business to ensure your after hours inquiries are serviced for your client’s needs.

Regardless of the nature of the loss, our on call client care professionals will respond to the inquiries of the policyholder and can connect them immediately to a Granite Claims Solutions adjuster.  In the case of any emergency, our On Call Adjuster will arrange emergency temporary repairs, co-ordinate clean up and attend at the emergency scene as necessary.

The Insurer will always maintain absolute discretion as to the adjustment procedure once they have been notified of the claim. This may mean that a seamless transfer of the claim file takes place between Granite Claims Solutions and the in-house staff adjuster of the Insurer.

 

Granite Claims Solutions does not charge a Broker to provide their After Hours Service. For emergency work completed, we do not charge Insurers contingency fees or additional “emergency response” fees over and above our hourly time and expense rates.
