			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Toronto, August 24, 2011 – Granite Claims Solutions (GCS), a full-service national claims management firm, announces today the deployment of their Tech Services Division to the tornado-ravaged town of Goderich, Ontario.  Sunday’s F3 tornado, which carved a 500-metre path through the town’s picturesque centre, has caused massive damage to the Lake Huron-area community.</p>
<p>CAT Team Adjusters from Granite Claims Solutions are coordinating with many insurers and brokers responding to numerous commercial and residential losses including in some cases designated Heritage Homes.</p>
<p>“We have six adjusters on the ground in Goderich at the present time,” says London Branch Manager Spencer Bailey.  “Granite has been granted limited access within the red zone to conduct a cursory inspection of the losses, and once the area is opened by authorities, we will be joined by several other Granite Claims Solutions’ CAT Team members who are awaiting word to move in,” he says.</p>
<p>“This is a devastating event for the people of Goderich,” says Michael Holden, Granite Claims Solutions President and CEO.  “Our thoughts are with all of those in the town at this difficult time”, he says.</p>
<p>The GCS CAT Team has participated in the deployment of adjusting resources to vast areas of the globe where hurricanes, floods, tornados, hail and ice storms, train derailments, and major fires have occurred.</p>

<p>As the Adjusters are responding to losses they have been keeping the entire GCS team up-to-date with information and issues that arise. GCS is dedicated to resolving the claims in Slave Lake with all the expedience and sensitivity  possible.</p>
<p>Granite Claims Solutions wishes a speedy recovery to the residents of Slave Lake and all the Emergency Sevices Personnel on the ground.</p>
